  • Complete your spa experience with our makeup artist to learn how you can enhance your natural beauty. (makeup application not included in spa package prices).

  • We respect the right to privacy and quiet of all guests. In order to support a serene atmosphere in our spa, we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off. The spa offers each guest a chance to get away from the day to day hectic schedule. Please be aware that we do not have accommodations for children. We ask that you maintain quiet conversations in all areas of our spa.
    
  • Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. To avoid delaying our next guests, we regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.
    
  • We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you provide us 24 hour notice if you must cancel your appointment. If notice is not given, your credit card will be charged the full value of the service.
    
  • We recommend that you schedule your next apointment prior to leaving the salon or spa to ensure you have the appointment and time you desire.
    
  • Upon scheduling a spa appointment, we require a credit card to reserve your requested service.
    
  • We understand that plans do change; however, we do request the courtesy of a 48 hour notice of cancellation on spa packages, multiple spa services, wedding party groups, and formal hairstyles. When scheduling these services, a Visa or Mastercard number will be required to hold your appointment. All cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will be charged for the full service fee.
